About Our Practice

All Seasons Dental is a family and cosmetic dentist proudly providing personalized, comprehensive care. We serve patients from Southeastern Colorado to the Arkansas Valley. You can be assured that our team is committed to delivering a comfortable dentistry experience.

Dr. Kristi Craig

Owner/Dentist

Hello, my name is Dr. Kristi Craig, and I am the co-owner and dentist at All Seasons Dental! A Colorado native, I grew up on a dairy farm in Fowler. I attribute my “do the right thing” attitude and strong work ethic to growing up in a small town. My childhood was filled with 4-H activities, sports, and church events, and I continue to support these organizations today.

I have been working in dentistry since 1991, and I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Minnesota. I am a member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association of Women Dentists, and the Colorado Dental Association; maintaining my association with these organizations helps me to stay abreast of the latest in dentistry so we can continue to provide you with outstanding, individualized care. Our office is devoted to lifetime learning, so my dental team and I attend continuing education programs multiple times throughout the year.

At All Seasons Dental, we are committed to helping you find a way to receive excellent dental care that fits your needs and meets your goals. My highest priority is providing you with high-quality, personalized care!

My husband, Mike, is my business partner, and I enjoy the opportunity to work with him. He works as our laboratory manager and dental assistant as well. Helping you improve your smile is truly my passion, but in my spare time, I enjoy gardening and cooking, and I am an avid reader.

I look forward to caring for you and your family!

Jeanna

Office Manager

“Welcome to All Seasons Dental! My name is Jeanna, and I’m the office manager. Thanks to the great teamwork and family atmosphere at All Seasons Dental, it is a pleasure to work with Dr. Craig and the rest of our team. Dr. Craig and all of our staff members love dentistry, inspiring us to truly care for our patients and provide them with custom, personal dentistry. When I’m not working, I enjoy riding horses and spending time with my husband, Chris, and our children, Jacob and Makayla.”

Mike

Owner/Laboratory Manager

“Hello, I’m Mike Craig, the co-owner and laboratory manager at All Seasons Dental! Away from work, my hobbies include knife-making, fly-fishing, fly-tying, and riding motorcycles. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.”

Dr. Zachary Vigil

Dentist

Dr. Zachary Vigil is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with his patients and colleagues. Known for his energetic and approachable personality, Dr. Vigil loves creating healthy smiles and being someone patients can feel comfortable talking to.

He was drawn to this practice by its camaraderie and close-knit, family atmosphere. Outside the office, Dr. Vigil enjoys golfing and spending time with his fiancée and his family, who share a special bond and love being together. One of his favorite family traditions is celebrating Christmas with giant four-foot stockings filled with goodies—a tradition started by his grandmother and proudly carried on today.

A little-known fact about Dr. Vigil: he’s very superstitious and starts every morning exactly the same way for good luck! His favorite meal is lobster Alfredo, and if he weren’t a dentist, he’d be flying high as a pilot. Three words that describe him best are loyal, trustworthy, and energetic.

Jan

Front Desk

Jan has been part of the dental field for five years and is one of the friendly faces who greets patients at the front desk. She loves meeting new people, catching up with returning patients, and seeing the confidence in a patient’s smile after a restoration.

Jan joined the practice during COVID to help with patient screenings, and over time, her role naturally grew into much more. She enjoys being part of such a caring, close-knit team — and even gets to work alongside her two daughters!

Outside the office, Jan spends most of her time with her family, especially her two active grandchildren who keep her calendar full of games and activities. At home, her dog Peanut and cat Speedy add plenty of personality and laughter to her days.

A fun fact about Jan: she hosts junior hockey players each season, offering them a home away from home while they pursue their dreams. She loves learning about their different backgrounds and cheering them on as they chase the next level in the sport.

When she’s relaxing, Jan enjoys watching true crime shows or sports, and she’ll never turn down a perfectly cooked steak. She describes herself as strong-willed, determined, and full of attitude — qualities that serve her well both at work and in life.

Jessica

Front Desk

Jessica is one of the friendly faces who greets you at the front desk. With two years of experience in the dental field, she loves helping patients feel comfortable and ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish. Jessica enjoys seeing patients smile and the confidence that comes with it.

She was drawn to this practice for its compassionate, kind, and fun team environment—qualities that align perfectly with her own personality. Outside of work, Jessica’s world revolves around her busy, happy family. She’s the proud mom of two sets of twins and loves going on adventures, entertaining friends and family, and spending quality time with her nieces and nephews.

In her free time (when she finds any!), Jessica enjoys hammock time, reading, and listening to music. She family also include two dogs. She has a knack for braiding hair and cooking—though she leaves the baking to her girls. Her favorite indulgence is fried cheese, and if she weren’t working in dentistry, she’d love to be a stay-at-home mom or event planner.

Three words that describe Jessica best: respectful, kind, and funny.

Laurel

Front Desk

Laurel is another friendly faces you’ll see when visiting the offices. Though she’s new to the dental field, she brings a strong background in customer service and a genuine love for helping others. Laurel enjoys working with such a supportive team and was first introduced to the practice after getting to know the staff at one of their favorite restaurants in Rocky Ford.

Outside the office, Laurel stays busy with her two amazing kids. She loves playing volleyball with her daughter, hiking, shooting, building Legos, doing puzzles, and playing video games together. She has three dogs and one cat who complete her happy household.

Laurel describes herself as quiet and caring at first—but once she warms up, she’s known for her fun, loud, and outgoing personality! Her favorite foods are sushi and Italian, and she loves Game of Thrones, Vampire Diaries, and Studio Ghibli movies. If she weren’t in dentistry, Laurel would pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. Three words that describe her best: quiet, creative, and caring.

Melanie

Front Desk

With 26 years of experience in the dental field, Melanie brings both expertise and heart to her role at All Seasons Dental. She loves helping people feel more confident by improving smiles they’ve long been insecure about. Before joining the team, Melanie spent many years as an insurance coordinator, giving her a deep understanding of dental benefits and how to help patients make the most of their coverage.

Melanie was drawn to this practice for its family-oriented atmosphere, where everyone truly feels like part of the family, not just the team. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her loved ones — especially her grandbabies — and enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and camping.

At home, she’s doted on by her adorable teacup chihuahua, Little Miss Juanita (aka “The Baby”), who has completely stolen her heart. A fun fact about Melanie: she’s a skilled pool player! Her favorite things include the show Mom on Netflix and delicious Mexican food. If she weren’t in dentistry, she’d love to pursue nursing.

Three words that describe Melanie best: respectful, fun, and caring.

Emalea

EDDA

Emalea has been in the dental field for five years and loves helping patients feel confident and happy with their smiles again. She takes special pride in restoring front teeth—anterior fillings are her favorite procedure—and loves seeing the transformation that comes with a renewed smile.

Emalea first discovered her passion for dentistry through a family connection—Dr. Craig’s nephew played hockey with her younger brother, which led her to learn more about the field and eventually join the All Seasons Dental team.

Outside of work, Emalea is incredibly close with her family. She enjoys spending time with her parents and her younger brother, Colton, who she’s proudly cheered on since day one. She also loves hanging out with her best friend, cooking and baking, practicing archery, and getting lost in a good book.

Each summer, her family’s big camping trip—often with nearly 20 people—has become a favorite tradition filled with fun and laughter. A fun fact about Emalea: she was in a children’s choir for three years in middle school!

Her favorite movie is It Ends With Us, her go-to comfort food is anything Mexican or Italian, and her favorite show is Gilmore Girls. If she weren’t in dentistry, she’d love to be an elementary school teacher. Three words that describe her best: kind, funny, and a bit of a smart aleck.

Lisa

EDDA

Lisa is a dedicated Dental Assistant and EDDA with over 36 years of experience in the dental field. Known for her reliability, honesty, and strong work ethic, Lisa loves being part of a team that feels like family. Her favorite part of dentistry is assisting in surgical procedures and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their care.

Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her large family — including her daughter, stepchildren, and 11 wonderful grandchildren — as well as her two yellow lab puppies, Jaxson and Opie. She loves mud racing, camping, and exploring trails in her UTV or ATV. Lisa’s favorite movie is Sweet Home Alabama, and she never turns down good Italian food. If she weren’t in dentistry, she’d be chasing her dream of becoming a police officer.

Rebecca

EDDA

Rebecca is an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) with nine years of experience in dentistry. She loves being part of a supportive, fun team and enjoys working alongside Dr. Craig to make patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside the office, Rebecca spends most of her time outdoors with her family, especially fishing and playing sports together. She also loves to relax with a good book or dive into a true crime documentary. Rebecca has one dog who’s always ready for an adventure, and she still laughs about the time she was chosen from the audience to take part in a Criss Angel magic show in Las Vegas—where he somehow read her mind!

If she weren’t in dentistry, Rebecca would follow her passion for photography. Friends describe her as fun, loyal, and outgoing.

Bernice

RDH

Bernice has been making a difference in patients’ oral health for over 27 years. She finds true fulfillment in knowing she’s improving someone’s overall well-being through her work. Bernice brings both skill and compassion to every appointment.

She first met Dr. Craig back in 2007, right after graduating from hygiene school. Years later, when the opportunity arose to join the practice again, Bernice knew it was meant to be—recalling how wonderful Dr. Craig had been to work with and excited to reconnect in a new way.

Outside of dentistry, Bernice is creative at heart. She holds a cottage food license and loves designing custom cakes for her family’s birthdays. She cherishes time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and parents, as well as her pets—two playful miniature schnauzers, Sophie and Stevie, and her cat Harley, who she found while out riding her Harley Davidson!

Bernice loves welcoming everyone into her home for the holidays, making every gathering full of laughter and memories. She’s passionate about psychology and the power of self-growth—something that helped inspire her dream job if she weren’t in dentistry. Her favorite movie is A View from the Top, she never turns down Olive Garden, and she’s hooked on true crime shows. Three words that describe her best: determined, strong, and loving.

Jamie

RDH

Jamie, RDH, has been helping patients achieve healthy smiles for more than 35 years. She finds joy in making a difference—helping people get and keep their gums healthy while building trusting, long-term relationships along the way. Jamie is known for her gentle touch and caring spirit.

She joined this practice because of its outstanding reputation—not just for excellent dentistry, but for being a team of truly good people who treat patients like family.

Outside of work, Jamie has been married to her best friend for 38 years. Together, they enjoy time with their son, daughter, and six hilarious, smart (and a little mischievous) grandchildren who bring endless laughter to their lives. She loves Jesus, camping, riding her ATV, doing crafts with her grandkids, and even refinishing furniture.

A fun fact about Jamie: she was the first girl to play on a boys’ baseball team in her hometown of Lamar—long before co-ed teams were common! She also has a gift for making soup from scratch, turning whatever’s in the fridge into something delicious. Her favorite show is The Amazing Race, because she loves seeing the beauty and wonder of the world.

If she weren’t in dentistry, Jamie could see herself as a missionary or child advocate—but her true calling will always be caring for people through dentistry. Three words that describe her best are joyful, optimistic, and a caretaker of people.
